This session is aimed at exploring the journey of a Commonwealth contract from the initial inception and planning stage through to contract management stage. We will also explore recent ANAO reports which have reviewed contract management practices of Commonwealth Departments and Agencies as well as the recent inquiry into contract management frameworks of Commonwealth entities.
